We partnered with LeanProject to refresh their overall brand, including their brand name, logo, and overall visual identity to help signal growth in new business initiatives and allow for future sub-brands within LeanProject.
LeanProject is a consulting company that focuses on helping architectural, engineering and construction companies move from traditional project delivery approaches to current best practices via lean thinking, collaborative process and language-action based practices. Windmill Design first began by creating a new logo that helps to convey how LeanProject works with their clients—the journey, evolution and discovery process that happens along the way. The final logo design creates movement in the icon, along with four colors to show the four steps in their work process. This rebrand was applied across all marketing materials for LeanProject—stationery, email newsletters, PowerPoint templates, brand guidelines and the website. Overall the brand refresh for LeanProject helped to reinforce their reputable position in the lean project space and better reflect their overall work process. In true lean fashion, the rebrand will continue to be applied to sub-brands and initiatives in an agile fashion as the company continues to grow and expand.
