One of our objectives is to make the design and development process easy for you from start to finish. This includes our staff taking the time to train you how to update your website prior to launch and being available to support your needs following the completion of a project.
With our experienced internal web development team, we are able to offer a streamlined process and a full range of capabilities in creating highly functional website designs, from an affordable Windmill Blade Site to a customized ecommerce website. Our web development crew stays up-to-date on current web coding languages and capabilities, using tools such as: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, C++, VisualBasic, jQuery, MySQL, CodeIgniter, Laravel, content management systems including WordPress, Joomla and Squarespace, various ecommerce platforms including Shopfiy, OpenCart and Magento, all utilizing best practices for responsive web design and touch-based navigation.

Kathy Kassera Mrozek, Principal & Creative Director
A professional in the design field for over 15 years, Kathy has a wide array of experience in branding, print, pre-press, web, interactive media and database-driven applications. Prior to founding Windmill Design (previously Kassera Design Studio) in 2006, she held the position of lead interactive designer at Barsuhn. Kathy graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a concentration in Graphic Design. She believes that research, knowledge and strategy are the backbone of effective design, marketing and communications.
