Project Green Fleet, a project of the non-profit Minnesota Environmental Initiative has multiple messages for its diverse audiences―including fleet managers who need technical information about diesel retrofits, community members who need information about why diesel retrofits create cleaner air and better health, as well as media and outreach professionals. To speak directly to these audiences, we created a parent site with general information, and three audience-specific "Microsites" with information tailored to each of the project's very different audiences. The site features an interactive flash-based participants map, a site-wide CMS (Content management system), and integration with RSS and social media.
