Kathy Kassera, Principal and Creative Director
A professional in the design field since 1998, Kathy has with a wide array of experience in branding, print, pre-press, web, interactive media and database-driven applications. Prior to founding Windmill Design (formerly Kassera Design Studio) in 2006, Kathy held the position of lead interactive designer at Barsuhn. Kathy Kassera graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1999 with a cumulative GPA of 3.97. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Graphic Design. She believes that knowledge and strategic messaging are the backbone of effective design, and enjoys learning as much as possible about every client’s business and industry. Kathy also teaches graphic design principles and techniques to design students at Devry University, as a member of the adjunct faculty team.
